IN.GREDIENTI was specially developed by the youngest 3-star cook, Massimiliano Alajmo. Massimiliano Alajmo was born in Padua on the 6th of May 1974. On his mother‘s side, Rita Chimetto, he represents the fifth consecutive generation of restaurant owners. After receiving his diploma at the Pietro d`Abano college of hotel management, Massimiliano Alajmo worked in various of Europe‘s top restaurants. At the end of 1993, as head chef, he took over the management of the “Le Calandre” kitchen. He made “Le Calandre” into a gourmet restaurant well known far beyond the borders of Italy. In the meantime the restaurant has obtained 3 Michelin Stars. This makes Massimiliano Alajmo the youngest head chef in history to achieve this coveted award.
